What a year our property management team have had. With Goulburn First National averaging 12 days on market and the Goulburn market average of 19 days, we have had some incredible results.
Our team have been working extremely hard to find great quality tenants and achieve great results for our landlords; including significant rent increases and vacancy rates less than 1%.
With the average rent now well up into the $400 – $420 per week range, the rental market is only continuing to surge heading into the New Year.
