Meet the Locals: Michael Shaw – Forked

This month on “Meet the Locals” we sat down with another born and bred Goulburnite – Michael Shaw. Michael has just created and opened a sensational new restaurant Forked on Goulburn’s main street.

Michael sources his produce fresh from Goulburn, Marulan, the Southern Highlands and the South Coast. He works very hard to ensure his business is inclusive and has hired staff of all ages to join the “Forked” family. Michaels menu varies from your breakfast staples to light bites and also includes main options such as burgers and steaks. The restaurant is licensed and can seat up to 100 guests.
