" Open & Honest "
Brody was a great asset in the sale of our property. He was open, honest and seeking the best for both seller and buyer. The agency was supportive and always helpful.
" Very Professional & Easy to Deal With "
Brody approached us as he had a client looking for our type of property. He spoke to people in our area and realised we may have been interested in selling. He then contacted us to see if we were in fact interested. At no time did I think that I was being told anything other than what was actually happening. The sale was completed very quickly which was very surprising considering we were were not living in Goulburn at the time. I believe Brody acted in our best interests and was extremely easy to deal with. A normal agent would not have made this sale. It was necessary to think outside normal processes.
" High Class Professional Service & Agents - Goulburn Real Estate "
We received absolutely high class professional service from Goulburn Real Estate. We went through the whole process of selecting and buying our first home while living in Sydney. Barry knew our taste and he found this wonderful resort style house with open plan living n beautiful bush/garden view. When he sent me the photos of this house, we made an offer the next morning without any physical inspection. Barry and his team looked after the whole process from beginning to the very end while we stayed busy with our own lives in Sydney. They went above and beyond even days after the purchase. Barry and Andrew took care of many small issues like water leak, aircon problems etc while we were away. They helped us enormously in settling down in this new town. Heidi found me a very reliable cleaner who now cleans our house regularly. We cant thank Barry and his team enough for everything they did for us. We will undoubtedly go back to them for any new purchase or to rent out this house in future when we move back to Sydney.
" Highly Recommended Agent - Goulburn Real Estate "
