" Terry Austin Is Such A Fantastic Agent "
Upon moving to the area we engaged Terry when purchasing our first home in the new area. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She was even able to get us an inspection on short notice to avoid us having to travel back to the area again the following week. Naturally, when we were considering our next move within the same town, Terry was our first choice. Once again her level of professionalism, courtesy and sincerity was well above that of other agents we had previously dealt with. Terry was able to list our existing home and sell it quickly and in so doing achieved a fantastic sale price. Having listened to our needs she didn't waste any of our time showing us properties that didn't meet the criteria, she hit the nail right on the head when she walked us through our newest home. My only regret is that having found a perfect home for us we wont have a need for her wonderful services again. We couldn't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy OR sell property in Goulburn.
" Highly Recommended - Goulburn Real Estate "
Great assistance with the First National Goulburn team. Professional, helpful, efficient and personable experience. I had an issue on the settlement day which was rectified on the day and aided in a smooth settlement. Highly recommend the team for future reference around the Goulburn area.
" Easy To Deal With - Terry Austin "
Terry was great. I contacted her about a property advertised on their website I thought I would be interested in buying. Organised a time that suited me. In the mean time she put together number of other properties matching my criteria she thought I might be interested in. Was not pushy at all and didn't exaggerate the property or try to hide anything. Very trustworthy.
" 5 Star Service - Goulburn First National Real Estate "
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the team at Goulburn First National. They were extremely easy to deal with through the purchase of our investment property & the property management department is first class. Our tenant was sourced within the first week, the process was smooth & the team were always available to answer our questions. What a great team!
