" Very Pleased "
Selling your house as everyone knows can be a stressful period of your life. I wanted a professional, knowledgeable and understanding agent so selecting Terry and the team at First National was an easy choice and I wasn't disappointed. My house was sold within the price range that I was expecting with regular updates from Terry and Jarrod to keep me informed every step of the way. Thanks very much to all involved at First National.
" Professional & Reliable "
Barry and the team at First National are professional, reliable and their knowledge of the market is second to none.
" Terry was very professional, kept me abreast of the situation, always willing and patient "
Terry replied to a message from myself enquiring about selling my property on a Sunday evening which impressed me immensely. I would not hesitate to recommend Terry to anyone selling their property.
" Exceptional, Professional & Personalised Service "
We recently required the services of a real estate agent to market my father’s townhouse in Goulburn.
We did extensive research to discover the most successful Agent and the most successful Agency in Goulburn. The statistics proved Goulburn First National and Brody Willis had sold roughly double the number of properties sold by the next most successful Goulburn Agency in the past 12 month period.
On the basis of this research we phoned Brody Willis and discussed our requirements. We were so impressed with the way Brody handled this initial phone enquiry that we decided then and there to entrust our assignment to Brody Willis and Goulburn First National. We then met Brody at the property and established our mutually agreed selling price.
In a difficult market, Brody found a buyer at our agreed price within 8 weeks of listing the property, contracts were exchanged and the property successfully settled around 6 weeks later.
Throughout the sale process, Brody was always accessible by phone or email and always had solutions or answers to any of our enquiries.
We couldn’t be more satisfied or impressed with the results and the performance of Brody Willis and Goulburn First National Real Estate Agency.
