We recently purchased a home with First National Goulburn. Our experience has been exceptional, Bella, Brody and Barry have provided us with a very positive experience from the first home we inspected, right through the journey, always a positive experience.
Bella was persistent, and was always aware of our needs and wants in the future home, she was proactive in suggesting properties for us to view and when she found us the perfect home, even though we weren’t convinced it was for us, she urged us to have a look anyway, turns out Bella had found us the one !
Bella was great with communication, if she didn’t know the answer she found out, said she would call, she did. We didn’t have to chase Bella she was forthcoming with info and very honest and understanding.
Overall the whole team displayed a real and genuine interest in our next step of the journey and the service we have received as purchasers was outstanding.
In a market where we often felt as though other agents weren’t taking us seriously and we’re spoilt for purchasers, Bella and the team at First National went above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive, we can’t thank Bella and the team enough!
