My husband and I had been looking for a property in the Goulburn area for some months and when one finally appeared that we liked, it was listed through Goulburn First National. We phoned them and were lucky enough to get to speak to Bella. Although we didn't end up buying that property, over the next 5 months we dealt with Bella on a regular basis. Arranging convenient times to view properties were never an issue for her. Even if it was more than once. We were impressed with her level of respect in regards to the people that may have been occupying the home, whether they were owners or tenants. The viewing times were always arranged at a mutually convenient time for everyone involved. She was always on time for the viewings and always came back to me when I needed further information. She knew exactly what type of property we were after and would phone when there was a new one about to hit the market. She knows the Goulburn market very well, instilling confidence in us as buyers, helping us feel secure with our intention to invest in property. Most of all though there was no hard sell or unwanted communication - which would have really put me off. Bella is very genuine and honest and is a true asset to Goulburn First National.
